If you are looking for a website wherein you can learn how to lose fat and build muscles without going to a gym, you’ve found the right place. Discover articles, videos, and product recommendations, that will help you achieve any of the two above-mentioned goals, all without leaving home.
This website was created with the busy person in mind. Also, the person who is living in a place that has no access to a gym.
It started when the founder of this website, Gomer Magtibay, started feeling awkward with his health. He felt the need to work out, lose weight, and get a shape with his body.
Unfortunately, he live far away from any city with a gym.
Being a man of science (studied Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy), or should we say “believer of science”, he does not easily believe lessons and advice of unqualified people. So, what he did was, he searched the Internet for any science-based lesson or training about “working out in a home”.
Luckily, he found an online course that teaches how to lose weight and build muscles using body weight exercises. Since the exercises do not need any equipment, they can be done at home and even without a gym.
Then, to accelerate the process of losing weight and building muscles, he eventually ventured out in searching another means of working out at home, but this time, using simple equipment that can be used at home.
Experiencing good results, he decided to share his knowledge and experiences, in a website (here).
WHY WE WANT TO HELP PEOPLE
It is said that knowledge is useless unless shared.
Being a blogger himself, the founder of this website loves to share everything that he knows about something. And that includes sharing tips on how to achieve good health by regular workout. How to achieve these even without going to a gym.
As we all know, not all people have access to a gym.
A gym is composed of equipment and instructors. Also, there are peers you can work with, ask questions, and share ideas with. Unfortunately, not all people have access to all of these.
Instead of just giving up on the idea of working out and building muscles, we want to encourage individuals to keep up with their goal… with their dream of having a fit body.
It’s good to be of help to others.
We want to help others become more conscious about their health—about their fitness, through the articles, videos, and product recommendations.
THE GOAL OF THIS WEBSITE
We want to provide you with the information that you need—how to build muscles at home.
Over the course of time, you will find articles here that are divided into two simple categories: Build muscles at home with equipment, and build muscles at home without equipment.
Those who can afford to buy little or handy equipment you can use in working out at home, you can find articles here that cater to that category.
On the sides, those who do not want to buy equipment yet, and just wanna workout using body weight exercise, we have a second category for that.
We will publish articles here regularly, perhaps 2 to 3 times a week, to keep your mind glued to the topic and not lose the fire within.
